Data collection info | Temperature data loggers were inserted inside each egg capsule. Egg capsules were buried beneath the lake substrate at varying elevations. Measurements were recorded at 15 minute intervals. See egg capsule insertion and removal data for more information. |
Data processing | Data from each data logger were retrieved using Hobo Software and exported as a CSV. Data from all ten loggeres were combined into one spreadsheet. All measurements that were taken before insertion and after retrieval were deleted. |
