South Kootenay Lake Community Service Society (SKLCSS) is a non-profit organization operating on the East Shore of Kootenay Lake supporting communities and businesses. One of our major functions is to foster community activities and economic stability by acting as a responsible umbrella agency administering grant or community funded programs and projects.
